Torts
The Multistate Bar Exam consists of 36 units, each containing a number of topics within them. We encourage you to study each topic in any order, although we do recommend you finish the unit before you move onto other units.
Intentional Torts
Discusses civil wrongs committed with intent, such as assault, battery, and defamation.
Negligence
Covers unintentional torts where a party fails to exercise reasonable care, leading to harm.
Strict Liability
Reviews legal situations where a party is held liable for damages without needing to prove negligence or intent.
Other Torts
Examines additional torts, such as nuisance, invasion of privacy, and economic torts.
